yesterday- badminton wit the guys before training =) rugby wit the gerls.its been awhile of not training so im like looking forward to it.and damn, fitness was HELL.my arms are aching due to playing badminton.then, the running up and down hill was kinda tiring plus push ups, sit ups and high knee lifts.aft playing game, still need to run somemore.from goal post to another goal post, jog sprint jog sprint jog sprint for like how many times.wow.it was really hell.more to come siakkk..mampos, but for the sake of achieving something in touch rugby and improving on our fitness level, i dont mind going thru all this hell.okay, my lower half really aching rite now.aft training, as usual, bubble tea plus noodles plus taiti and 7 diamonds babey!and lots and lots of story telling.

okay, i so love this funny part when channing tatum asked "amanda bynes" why there's tampon in her bag.my god!guess wat "she" said?for nose bleed!haha.pecaye lar plak!(believe sey!)then, until one day channing tatum got injured n had a bleeding nose, "amanda bynes" went in the room and saw him wit the tampon inside his nose siakk.and channing tatum can even say that the tampon does work.mampos!everybody was laughing.of course lar the tampon work!nyehaha.and talking about tampon, i need to do some tampon stock checking.i hate periods!
..next, a "i-must watch-movie" Just my luck.and yes ah!i didnt go to the toilet during the movie.i only got a sip of the ice lemon tea.A SIP!and lots and lots of SWEET popcorn.thanks gorgeous for the movie!
